03Payments & Pricing
Zero Upfront Payments: Noreva does not require any payment before work begins. You pay only after reviewing and approving the delivered work.
Our payment terms include:
- All prices are quoted in advance and agreed upon before project commencement.
- A free demo or prototype is provided before any financial commitment.
- Payment is due upon client approval of the final deliverable.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (specific methods confirmed per project).
- For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged with mutual agreement.
04Refund & Cancellation Policy
Since Noreva operates on a zero upfront payment model, refund scenarios are limited. However:
- Before delivery: You may cancel at any time before the final deliverable is approved — at no cost.
- After payment: If the delivered work does not match the agreed specifications, we will revise it at no extra charge. If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
- 30-day support: All projects include 30 days of free post-delivery support for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
- Scope changes: Any changes to the original scope after agreement may incur additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.

05Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables become the client's property.
- Noreva retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
- Open-source libraries and frameworks used in projects remain under their respective licences.
- Pre-existing tools, templates, or code owned by Noreva prior to the project remain Noreva's property but are licensed for the client's use within the project.
